My Story
Coaching and mentoring has always been a great passion of mine and hence it is something I have incorporated throughout my career. A couple of years ago I decided to formalise my role as an executive coach with a coaching diploma from the AOEC.
In addition to coaching, I bring years of experience from my role in a consulting firm, where I provide strategic and commercial advice to clients in the energy industry. Working alongside organizations through big transitions—especially as they adapt to the rapidly changing landscape of the Energy Transition—has shown me just how challenging change can be for both companies and individuals.
As a coach, I’m here to support you through your own career journey—whether you’re navigating a major change, working toward new goals, or seeking a clearer path forward. My background includes an MBA from HEC Paris, a chartered engineer qualification with the IET, and an engineering degree from the University of Cambridge, which together give me a unique perspective on the technical and strategic challenges professionals often face. But beyond qualifications, I believe in creating a supportive space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move confidently toward your goals.
Everyone’s journey is different but ultimately it brings me great joy when clients make the changes that they need and that is entirely right for them.
